Go...Run...Walk
With so much talk on some of my fitness websites the last few days about music and playlists, I decided to make a new one for my iPod. Check it out below. I haven't actually listened to the playlist yet - that's tomorrow! Suggestions are always welcome! I even have an idea for a scrapbook page for this already. Go Me!
